Description:
GDM were appointed to design the services for the new offices for the law firm Speechly Bircham. Their new office space was 80,000 sq.ft spread over 6 floors of a new 17 storey building in the heart of London. GDM were part of a design team along with architects Marshall Cummings Marsh, Hurst, Pierce and Malcolm and main contractors Overbury. Our works commenced in September 2007 and the design included a Cat. B fit-out to suit new offices, meeting rooms, comms rooms, back of house areas, reception area and business lounge plus a café and kitchen areas. The mechanical design comprises of fan coils with office ventilation plant and dedicated ventilation plant to café and kitchen areas. Details
