Description:
GDM were appointed to refit part of the 12th and 13th floors of Sea Containers House for Zodiac Maritime Agencies Ltd. The total project value was approximately £4.0m and with services enhancements costing over £2.0m of the entire budget, the floors were engineered out to a high specification. We encountered several challenges on site; the first was the minimal 12th floor ceiling height, which was only 2.2m max. On the 13th floor, executive dropped rafts house the ventilation services and act as distribution plena. The project was installed to a 14 week on site programme. Details
