Description:
The refurbishment project includes building services to high class residential units over 2 floors of the main building and a further mixed use high class/affordable housing development to the 22 storey tower. The buildings were formally occupied by the Royal Mail as a combined telephone exchange and sorting office. The development also comprises of a 50,000ft2 casino and a gymnasium.
