Description: We have been commissioned by Dubai International Properties to prepare conceptual and detailed design reports for the Dubai Healthcare City II development in the Ras al Khor district of Dubai. The 175 ha site creates a unique leisure and spa destination including 11 hotel/spa’s, 2 hotels, commercial, retail and extensive residential elements. Our Stage C report covers site analysis, utilities, conceptual services systems and investigation into the regions sustainable and renewable energy potential. We are currently involved in a Stage D report detailing specific building services solutions for the vast array of building types within this mixed development.
