Description: This development for The Dingwall Road Partnership includes building services for a 17 storey tower, which is a new commercial development including retail on the ground floor. The layout of the towers floorplates are based around a large atrium, around which the services risers are wrapped which discharge directly onto the floors. This allows us to place plant at roof level eliminating excessive ducting and reduces the energy load.
