Project: Trinity Court Bracknell. Project Type: Commercial / Office. Client: P & O Developments. Description: The development consisted of 3 self contained 3 storey office blocks each having a total gross area of approximately 33,000sq ft. These blocks were set around a common court yard, with car parking set around the perimeter of the site. Services were designed in line with BCO standards to a Category B level, with all high level ceiling mounted services being installed and provisions made for future tenants fit out works at low level.
