Project: 9-12 Dingwall Road, Croydon. Project Type: Commercial / Office. Client: The Dingwall Road Partnership. Description: 9 – 12 Dingwall Road is a new commercial development in Croydon. The tower comprises of 36 storeys of office space and a basement. Part of our design brief was to provide at least 10% of the towers predicted energy requirements via renewable and sustainable sources. This will be achieved through the use of gas fired CHP in conjunction with absorption cooling.
