David Moseby

Founded the practice with Gary Draper in 1990.

David began his career with the Property Services Agency where he was responsible for the design and supervision for a diverse range of developments, such as the Tate Gallery, British Museum and the Home Office in Whitehall.

From the PSA David moved to FHP Partnership where he became involved, as a senior project engineer, and was involved in a large number of commercial schemes, City Banks & Data centres.

David is currently lead director for two major office developments in London and has recently been involved in the following projects:

  • Numerous office development refurbishments for Derwent Valley holdings.
  • Fully glazed Winter Gardens for Canary Wharf Developments Limited.
  • Data Suite refurbishment for Direct Line Insurance.
  • Refurbishment of the Hayward Gallery in London.
  • Mixed Use residential development in Bromley, London.
  • New build hotels at Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
  • Expert Witness for projects in Edinburgh and Jersey.
  • Fit out of HQ building for Sony Computers.
  • Fit out of new design studio for Electronic Arts.
  • New build and refurbishment of shopping centres in Bristol, Sutton, Oxford & Cardiff.
  • New build sixth form college - Luton.
